No soap or toiletries, stayed for 2 nights, towels not changed or any housekeeping. Beds were so hard and uncomfortable. That said staff were all lovely, pool was clean and the Bar well stocked and good food. We didn’t use the kitchen to cook, but somethings were missing that might be needed, larger bowls, scissors, tongs etc. good value for money.

Fin, stor, ren leilighet. Fin veranda med havutsikt. Bassengområdet brukte jeg ikke, og hadde heller ingen måltider i restauranten. Fin beliggenhet, men veldig lytt inn fra omkringliggende leiligheter.

Staff nice and friendly, room was a good size and a lovely clean pool area. A bit worn some of furniture and limited kitchen equipment but we were only there 2 nights, so only used glasses and cups. Great location. We did email for extra pillows in our room and they replied to say they would do this but it didn’t happen. Safe a good price €2 euros a day with a refundable €5 deposit. Hair dryer in bathroom. We would go back again.

Location of the apartment was good. Even the room was spacious. Thats the only thing they are charging the premium. Not all the information mentioned by Hotels.com was accurate. They didnt provide any toiletries or tea coffee facility in the room. Room cleaning was done every alternate day. Also, breakfast was below par. Hence, I recommend not to go for breakfast or all inclusive.

Location good, comfort poor.

The location is good and the apartments are bigger than a lot of more recently built ones. However, the seats are uncomfortable to sit in and the lighting in the main lounge is very poor, very difficult to read by.

Gli aspetti positivi sono: la posizione, a due passi dalla via che costeggia il mare ed è piena di ristoranti, negozietti, supermercati; la cordialità e la pazienza della receptionist di origini bergamasche; la struttura in una bella cornice con palme e cactus. Gli aspetti negativi : la pulizia della camera non viene eseguita ogni giorno ma dipende dalla disponibilità del personale ( in 7 giorni per 3 volte non è passato nessuno a pulire), il wifi non funziona, bisogna connettersi ogni volta che si entra in appartamento e si disconnette di continuo, pessimo servizio; ho chiesto via mail una camera vista mare, nessuna risposta e alla fine non avevo la vista mare; il letto non è matrimoniale ma sono due letti di una piazza e mezzo avvicinati tra di loro; la pentola in cucina era da buttare, totalmente graffiata

Great stay

Arrived at apartments to a friendly welcome from the young female on reception and it continued with every other staff member especially the ladies who clean the apartments. Apartment cleaned almost everyday during our stay with yet another set of fresh towels (3rd set during our week's stay), the day before we left, a first for us in a self catering apartment. Will definitely return in future. :)

Fantastic Apartments

Stayed for 7 nights in Nov 23. Absolutely fantastic stay, friendly staff and nice accommodation. Location is second to none, 2 min walk to strip and beach. Rooms cleaned 5x + a week. Would definitely return to these apartments.

We were pleasantly upgraded and had a couple of nice quiet apartments away from the pool, the rooms had everything you may need for your visit. Very clean and even had maid service a few times during our week, however, we did not need it. The grounds are kept so clean - you can see a lot of work is done in maintaining gardens. Lovely pool however, we did not use it as was a tad busy for our liking. Would we stay here again? Yes for sure. Ideally situated for both New and Old town.

Wir haben uns im Arena Dorada sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr ruhig, ich habe super geschlafen. Frühstück mit Meerblick und Poolblick. Check in und Check out sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Lage in strandnähe und Nähe zu Restaurants und Supermarkt top. Der Preis war günstig, da muss man Abstriche machen, zum Beispiel bei den alten Möbeln. Vielen Dank für Alles

PDC holiday

Ideally located for the PDC strip, and not up a steep hill. Room was basic but just what we wanted. Room had 2 ring hob, kettle, toaster and microwave, plenty of pots, pans, plates, bowls etc so great for us having breakfast - small supermarket located within a few minute walk for essentials. Small pool with plenty of sunbeds, bar had 2 happy hours daily and a selection of food to purchase. We would definitely stay here again
