Hotel cleanliness, condition and comfort were good but all service people I dealt with were unfriendly, especially the 3 reception ladies I had to talk to. One was slightly nicer when I gave her my Bonvoy number and she realized I’m a platinum member, but overall the hotel needs some major customer service training. Had breakfast (not the buffet) and it was very good, I would highly recommend it. Overall however I would not stay here again, it’s much too overpriced for the level of customer service offered, and there are many other options around with airport shuttles.
