The mattress covers have not been changed out in a very long time, there were questionable stains on them. The sheets had cigarette burns on them and the area was sketchy. Do not stay here.

This is an old property. The room was clean but lacked a bath matt, hand towel and cup to drink water from. While it was reasonable in price it’s certainly very basic.

The place was full of homeless/transients laying under the stairs and all their stuff was in front of the stairs going up to the second floor, Room smelt like it had been smoke in, was supposed to be a non smoking room. Parking was in a super small parking lot, not made for a full size truck.

Do not do it. It’s worse than you can imagine, ripped up dirty sheets, blood on the bathroom walls, people sleeping on the stairs. Also I canceled my stay they said they would refund me, never did, and when I called they disconnected their phone.

I stay here when the rate is cheap and the beds are comfy. But, because its full of transient guests, they don't bother you but they hang our on the stairs smoking and you have to ask them to move to get by and they party all night. The floors never seem to be mopped, rooms never seem to be all the way clean clean. The men that work at the desk are petty and money hungry, depends on who you talk to, rates change. So one might say $600 and the other $550. One may charge for hour late check out, one may not. Very shady business dealings. So when the rate is $50, which is all its worth, I put up with it but when they raise the rate on a weekday, its not worth it.

Pros: this location is Prime location to Hollywood blvd and all the action, 7 min walk! It’s super convenient to get to major fast food restaurants within a 5 min walk! Super nice staff and very understanding! Cons: It was just my daughter and I and we went to Hollywood to celebrate her sweet 16 birthday on a “mommy and me road-trip” We had a bottom room with some sketchy characters around and it smelled like cigarette smoke. I told the office and they moved us upstairs immediately. They were extremely accommodating! All in all I would definitely go back again!

It had the basics for what you needed - bed, AC, bathroom. The towels and bed spread were coming apart and showed signs of abuse, but were functional. The location can’t be beat, especially for the price. I didn’t have any issues. The walls are thin.
