were treated like family brilliantly hosted by the owners really couldn’t ask for more best place I’ve ever stayed in and experienced thank you all so much will definitely be going back we were really looked after highly recommended to book there thank you all so much again

The hostess was lovely, very pleasant. Check in was easy. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was nice and comfortable. In the room was a fridge and tea making facilities. Also ensuite shower. Large TV with Netflix. Breakfast was help yourself with sausages beans, tomotoes and boiled egg and cereals. There is Parking directly outside. Idea location in Skegness, very close to shops and beach is 2 minute walk.

Was greeted by the lady owner on arrival , who explained everything well . The room was clean and tidy with lots of toiletries , nice touch. Breakfast was a self service with lots to choose from , we were expecting a continental breakfast , but there were sausages, beans , boiled eggs and tinned tomatoes. The sausages let a fine breakfast down , but i am biased because i am a butcher with my own shop. So using catering sausages is a no no in my book .
