A staffer sucks because there was no communication with me. I’m a deaf guy and the didn’t know how to hold of me.. So, a staffer reported a cop and an animal service on me and my dog without any explanation and communication. Pretty suck! This is not deaf friendly and dog friendly at all.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Our 2-bedroom suite was furnished well and was spotlessly clean. We used the heated pool which was very comfortable and there were plenty of clean towels provided. The continental breakfast was sort of mediocre, but that wasn't a deal breaker at all. We'll stay at this hotel again whenever we're in the Omaha area.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. When we arrived, the room was noticeably unclean. We repeatedly found residue and debris on walls, floors, and other surfaces. It did not feel properly cleaned prior to our arrival. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud and cycled on and off all night, waking us up each time. I reported it to the front desk, but nothing was done. We arrived to only half a roll of toilet paper for five guests. When we requested more, we were given just one additional roll, which was not sufficient for two days. We had to return to the desk again for basic supplies. The provided toiletries were also very poor quality. While the staff member who checked us in was polite, later interactions felt unwelcoming and dismissive, as though we were inconveniencing them by asking for standard accommodations. On a positive note, breakfast was good and the pool was clean and well heated. However, the gym equipment faces directly into the pool area, which made it uncomfortable having adults looking directly at swimmers, especially with teenage girls present. Overall, we expected better cleanliness and service for the price.

There seemed to be one single "cart" to help transport luggage to the rooms, for the entire hotel. All of the shrubbery and/or trees are unkempt, growing over the sidewalk areas. So bad that when cars are parked there you cannot use the sidewalks, having to walk in the parking lot. I'm handicapped, using a cane... The shower/tub combo was DISGUSTING!There was mold and other unknown filth throughout it. And the breakfast items served in chaffing dishes, were ice cold both mornings. Nothing starts your day better than ice cold sausage and bacon.

The hotel itself was nice. Room was small, not what was described in the hotels.com description. Said it had separate dining area, picture showed table with chairs. Our room did not have this, which was disappointing to us. Breakfast was good, nice variety but small area where food was served. Did not use pool, but it looked very small. Hotel was in area central to the activities we wanted to go to.
