Positiv: Der Ausblick. Negativ: Dreckige Bettlaken und Handtücher. kaum Wasserdruck in der Dusche dafür aber Haare. Blakon voller Vogelkot. Wasserkocher und Geschirrspüler voller Kalk. Frühstück ist diesem Zimmerpreis unwürdig und das Kaffee nicht inbegriffen ist im Frühstück ist einfach nur frech.

Pros: the staff were super friendly and efficient, drinks and food service around the pool, the apartment facilities, the shuttle to town to help out with the uphill walk back, the view Cons: the shuttle times didn’t go late enough - drop off/pick up ends at 6:30 meaning if go to dinner in town at 6:30 there’s no way to get home! Ended up not an issue for us but I still saw it as a service flaw Food was inconsistent in quality and breakfast service was confusing - you had to order everything other than cereal (mostly kids choices) and hot/cold drinks Overall an enjoyable experience - loved our nights at the pool with cocktails and food and apartment was excellent but the cons prevented me going 5 stars. It was 4.5 though

Our room exceeded expectations - it was spacious and had a fantastic view of the water. Having our own car was a plus and maximised our freedom, but the regular shuttle buses into the Main Street would suffice for most. Fantastic experience and looking forward to staying there again.

Very large well appointed one bedroom suite ideal for a satay in Airlie Beach. The hotel is situated a short distance from the centre up a steep hill. There is a courtesy bus which runs a few times a day. The restaurant is situated outside outside so was abit chilly for us visiting in winter. On the whole we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Stayed in a deluxe 3bed apartment. Can’t fault it everything was just so good had everything we needed . We hired a car which was good so we didn’t have to rely on the shuttle, U was or walking up n down heartbreak hill 😂. Breakfast was amazing such good choices and wasn’t bothered about having to pay for barista coffees If some of the party wanted other coffees which were included with the breakfast. 3 couples six adults all had an amazing time here would definitely stay here again

Our stay surpassed our expectations. Not only are the 2 bedroom apartments spacious and clean the view was fab! The only suggestion I could give was that the landscaping at the back of fhe apartments (where you walk past to enter the apartments) be planted out.

The location of the resort was amazing. Also we stayed in the presidential suite which was the best! The only issue I had with it was the shower head holes were a big clogged so water did not come out nice and straight. I ended up using one of the many bathrooms the suite had to offer that wasn’t used much to enjoy my shower more. Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and they told me we had free breakfast. I was surprised as I did not recall having that. Upon exiting they did not tell me I had room charges and found we paid extra $220. I believe that was the breakfasts! A bit annoying but I still enjoyed the stay. I will confirm that next time when I stay as we will be back. But given the room we stayed in I most likely will bring our own food so we can cook it in the beautiful kitchen!
