This was an OK facility. No elevator and minimum handicapped access. Breakfast was very minimal and not too much of a selection. The price was very good and a good stay, especially if you have no expectation. Staff was very helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay

The room was very nice all around. Knowing that the hotel was in renovation mode. My only concern is that the bathtub became very slippery after the first person used it. May I suggest a rubber mat on the tub's floor, or an extra bar on the outside tub for a much safer entry. Thank you!

I was pulled over by the local police for a minor traffic violation leaving the hotel. Upon leaving the traffic stop, the officer cautioned that the hotel was not in the safest location and I should look for temporary accommodations in a safer neighborhood.

Not the BEST in my book

The room was fine, found it odd that torn carpet was repaired with duct tape in 2 colors as you entered the room. The pillows were not very fluffy, nearly flat when in use. Could use better pillows. The breakfast was the worst. The juice machine was broken, they used the worst brand of coffee possible. A refrigerator which usually houses yogurt and things of that nature was totally empty for reasons they just didn't want to purchase items for it or it was also broken. The options you then had were cereal or make yourself a waffle. Bottom line....eat breakfast at Bob Evans right next door.

At check in it seemed like I was bothering the employee., he didn't want to get up from his relaxed state. When we got to our room the smell was overwhelming, must or mildew or both. Floor felt damp. We were coughing all night, and woke up with a headache. Didn't even want to try the shower.

Beds were uncomfortable. Need more pillows and at least a topper for the mattress. One night coming in, there was a new man at the front desk. He asked if i needed to check in. I said i had a reservation and he treated me like i was lying. Asked my room number three times and i answered. I asked if there was a problem and he backed off.

The room hadn’t a smoke detector, which was corrected when I pointed it out. The sprinkler head for the fire suppression system was painted, not corrected. No elevator, dirty carpets in the halls, hot water was only warm. The boasted daily maid service but it only was replacing the towels. The mattress was uncomfortable

Musty & Smokey

Upon arriving we were greeted by 6 people at the entrance smoking. When we walked in the place had some musty odor with smoke on top of that. The hallway to our room also smelled like smoke & there were ashes in multiple spots on the floor in the hallway amongst other unrecognizable debris. The room was not appearing to be dirty but had a funky smell. The bathroom had an old urine odor & was in serious need of a deep cleaning. The air conditioner gurgled & sounded like a 747 taking off. The multitude of construction workers staying there seemed to have random conversations in the hallway at all hours of the night. My guess is they were catching a smoke which would be the reason why there was ashes throughout the hallway. If it wasn’t for the gross smell of this place it wouldn’t have been too bad.

Very loud on the weekends

Guests were very loud, walls are thin. Drunk people making noise at 3am made it hard to sleep. This is a party hotel on the weekends.

Property appears to be a work in progress. My particular room had a missing large vent cover, heavy soiled carpet (composite flooring is now used in most motels), and a noisy, squeaky bed.

The owners are really working hard to make improvements to this property. The check-in was quick with a friendly staff. The rooms are receiving upgrades, and the breakfast has improved from my previous stays. For the price, it is difficult to beat the deal.

The property is just okay. Clean enough. They had no replacement towels for us. Every towel in the hotel was in the wash??? The shampoo and conditioner containers were impossible to get the contents out. The plastic on the bottles was so rigid that I had to use all my strength to bend the bottles around the shower shelf to get even the smallest amount out. The towels were on the cheap end. The cleaning staff used a leaf blower to sweep the hallways.
