The hotel location is excellent! Very close to Paddington, with many options for transportation and restaurants. The staff were friendly; I reported an issue with the shower and it was fixed immediatly. In general, I had a great stay! The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. If you have mobility issues, keep in mind that there is no elevator and the stairs are quite narrow.

Hotel sympatique situé entre les stations paddington et lancaster gate et près de kensington gardens et hyde park, j'y ai passé un weekend sympa. J'avais une petite chambre avec salle de bain renovée, l'écart entre le lavabo et les toilettes est petit mais ça allait et le lavabo et les douches ont super design. Le personnel est très aimable.

The rooms are nothing like the photos. I suspect the photos weren't taken here. Similar hotels in the area are more affordable. Definitely a 2 star hotel, not 3 as stated. Stay was disappointing.

The hotel is situated really close to Lancaster gate and Paddington stations, lovely bakery round the corner and places to eat and drink. The hotel itself is tired but clean, perfect for bedding down for a night. The rooms are very hot but a fan is provided. Staff are helpful. There is a large ask for £50 PER PERSON for a deposit and you must have ID for each person staying, good job I remembered my passport!

I stayed one night during the heatwave and was very thankful for the fan that was provided. The room was clean and was plenty of space even for a small single bed. Kettle, coffee/tea, TV was available. Staff was very kind and I appreciated the 24 hour service.

Was on a 4 day shopping and sightseeing trip with my 13 yo daughter. Location at Lancaster Court Hotel was excellent - short walk from tube station Lancaster gate with direct line (central) to Liverpool Street station (and train to Stansted) - and also via tube or walk easy access to turist attractions (for example Notting Hill, buckingham palace, Big Ben) and shopping areas (Oxford Street, regent Street, Knightsbridge/Harrods, Westfields). Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned every day. Nice area around the hotel. Dont miss out on small egyptian restaurant Hayat around the corner - nice breakfast :-)
