So i will start this review by stating that staff at the hotel did try their best to deal with the following situation, but despite this our stay was extremely frustrating.
We received a phone call from the hotel to check we were still coming. I told them we would get there around 6 and that is when we arrived.
Upon arrival, there was an issue with the key card reader on the door of our room (314). We were asked to take a seat for 5 or 10 minutes while the problem was fixed. This was frustrating after 5 hours of driving but also, sometimes things cant be helped so we obliged and didnt make a fuss.
The problem was fixed after longer than 10 minutes but again, we were just happy to get in the room.
Fast forward to the next day. We went out for the morning, only to return for the key card reader to again not be working. So we couldnt get into our room. So two members of the hotels cleaning staff had to essentially 'break in' to our room for us to gain access, as there was no way of manually by passing the card reader ( those 2 were fabulous to be fair).
So we got in to our room, then went out again. While we were out, a staff member replaced the batteries for the second time and reprogrammed the reader for a second time. It worked!
Until we went out an hour or so later, then it failed again.
Same process.
Went to a concert at casino rama. Returned to the hotel at 11pm, couldnt get in, had to wait more than half hour to get in.
