This hotel was a newer clean hotel. I thinj the check in process compared to others is a bit long but not horrible. The room was nice, the 2 queens are lifted and becuase the floors are vinyl they move a little. Our room was on bottom floor with lights from parking shinning in. Blinds worked fine but maybe additional light blocking. Staff was very helpful. No lobby or breakfast at this site exept small seating area

Ok hotel,

Hotel was fine. Power went out when we were there. Employees seemed to have no game plan for it. I got overcharged to boot at the end of my stay. They charged me an extra $250! They didn't supply a receipt liker they were supposed to either. I tried to go through hotels.com customer service, they couldn't get them to refund me either. I will never stay with Woodspring again.

Very minimal, no coffee in rooms. Had a small kitchenette supplied with nothing no paper towels no hand towels nothing we killed two cockroaches in the bathroom they are pet friendly with no pet stations outside

The staff was very friendly and efficient. I did find it a little odd that there isn't an ice machine available. When we were coming and going the lobby sorta smelled like an old mop was used. Very close to a Publix and several different restaurants.

Worst stay every walls are thin you can hear everything going on next door front office people was rude and not helpful manager doesn’t return phone calls staff was rude in person and on the phone would never stay there again no breakfast no pool just over priced hotel with nothing to offer

Nice!

Nice, clean hotel in a great area. I had a view of the golf course across the street. Although the road had traffic, I was not able to hear it except for a hotrod or 2 lol. The room was clean and bedding very comforatable. There was a stove, frig and microwave but not a utensil or cup to be had. Be aware and bring all you may need. The only con that comes to mind is the doors are not automatic and since I was traveling alone with luggage it was difficult to open doors and enter with bags.

Price was great. I had a late check-in so when I arrived, had to call on phone and it took almost 15 minutes before someone was able to let me in. I didn't make a complaint because I was tired. But the room had a sweaty odor.
