Nice stay. Older motel that has been updated. Still needs a little work. Staff was delightful, room was clean, area was quiet. Bed & pillows were really comfy. A lot of restaurants close by. Would stay here again.

The room was ok there where areas that have really been over looked. There was 4 towels in the room including floor mat and face towels. Half a roll of T.P and no extras, that was fun to find out in the middle of the night. Called front desk multiple times and nobody answered. There was no breakfast or coffee nothing. Found house keeping gave the old towels and asked for housekeeping, nondoor sign. Came back to the room to no housekeeping and no new towles. Now there was some food things proximity to Jazz fest, bed was comfy, and it was quiet.

Great staff. The was okay minus (the floor was dirty(maybe because no one has rented the room, so don’t walk around barefooted). The refrigerator did not work. The closet doors were hard to open, only two hangers were available. There were two cockroaches, that followed me out the bathroom, which are dead now. There were about four places, within walking distance to eat at. Other than what I mentioned above, the hotel was okay.

The entire room was patched up the doors floors, peeling baseboards. It smelled like urine loud air condition limited channel on TV one lock on the doors were so so. I read reviews but those are subjective but in this case they were true.

The TV didn't work, there were cockroaches in the room and other bugs in the bed that bit me so badly I could sleep and my back was bleeding the next morning from itching. The staff thought this was totally normal and didn't feel they should even refund me anything so if hotels.com does nothing, I'll be filing several public complaints
