Disappointing Stay for Six Flags
Upon check in, I asked if another room might be available. I was told that because I booked through a third party website (they always tell me it’s Expedia), I could not make any changes to my original reservation. I’ve been offered an upgrade if I’m willing to pay for the upgrade. I found this unsatisfactory that I couldn’t be accommodated if I was willing to pay more. As far as the room went, the sofa couch and bed itself was uncomfortable. Room 216. I would call several times over the course of two nights and several times, I would get no answer and had to keep calling. For staying 2 nights, I expected to have my room tended. Sheets changed, new towels, empty trash, etc. but no one tended our room. The pool was nice but I feel that there better options for my family next time.
