Overall quite good.

It was in a good location, and was clean and tidy. Not enough staff on for breakfast, some staff wasn’t so friendly. Quite noisey at night too.

Only stayed 1 night,hotel rooms and corridors very outdated, old and in need of painting, basic full breakfast, sausage not very nice,cheap ingredients, Staff were friendly and helpful, fast check in,in centre of Blackpool near tower.

Everything very worn & old

Pretty disappointed, after reading some good reviews/ not so good we thought we would take chance, upon entering the premises everything looked fine but when we got to our room, wasnt what i expected, didnt evrn look the same as i booked. The beds were very uncomfortable, feeling all the springs. Went into the bathroom & there was cloth marks all over the sink where it had been wiped over( like a residue) . There were black marks on the carpet ( dirty), there was slats missing from the blinds, overall it was very much in need of decorating. Very cold in the room aswell.

Great place, great location and lovely staff

We turned up very early at 10:30 and asked on the off-chance if we could pay to park earlier as we had to go to a dance comp at winter gardens. Not only were we able to park early but also check in at this time rather than the 10pm check in we were expecting after our dance comp. Also the parking was such good value at £7 and it’s a locked gates carpark with CCTV. The staff from start to finish were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They even started breakfast earlier for us on the Sunday as we had to be back out at the competition for 8:30pm And again the service was brilliant. We will definitely be staying again.

Absolutely faboulas

Booked Lawton but had a call within hour from Julie to ask if we would mind moving to sister hotel Beechfield as Lawton was undergoing winter renovations. The check in and out times, price, parking all remained same and was only a street further than Winter gardens where were attending BGT (so no big deal) So glad we did, the staff, location, facilities, breakfast were fabulous. Well stocked bar, games room, everything needed in room inc towels, tea milk coffee, comfy pillows, hair dryer. Check in 2pm (we arrived 1.30 and checked in) Parking £7 wavered due to change of hotels, Breakfast 8-9.30 we arrived 9.20 tea coffee juices cereal toast jam and full English also vegetarian version available. Here we spotted the best thing-£10 to check out at 2pm instead of 11am (we instantly opted to go back to bed for few hours - were in 50s and had late night plus Sunday chill day and 2hr drive home). They even left us leave car after check out while we went and did a bit of shopping and bought grandtwins some rock. Absolute gem of a B&B Thank you Julie (even though we never got to meet you) and Jay for your help advice and all staff who made our stay great. P.s hotel needs a bit of TLC but id rather the fab experience and clean hotel than a 5* with no customer care.

Wont be returning

Absolutely shocking stay at this hotel. Smells of cannibis all the time we stayed. Heating was very selective and wasnt on when the weather dropped. Only thing i can say was the service was amazing bu 2 people mostly. Luca and Alaska catered to us amd was so happy and approachable.

Probably the best B and B on the street but there isnt a lot of competition. Blackpool is seriously run down sadly. Check in was fast and easy. Place is clean but very basic but thats reflected in the price. Close to the tower with parking offsite the next street away. Was quiet at night but the room was cold. Breakfast was efficient but basic. Quintessential Blackpool B&B basically. Cod have been worse.
