Very welcoming. For the reviews that gave negatives, this wasn’t the case here. The host was very welcoming. Our shower did overflow onto the floor but that’s due to the high pressure of the shower ( one thing you want in hotel). Turn it down a notch and no overflow. Due to this one inconvenience the host left us a suprise (champagne) in our fridge as a “I’m sorry this happened”. Not many places do that! The breakfast was also prepared every mornings and eggs were made to order. Will return to this place.

Sono stata ospite di questo B&B a Sorrento nel mese di settembre e purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata estremamente negativa. Durante il soggiorno ho smarrito una busta contenente oggetti personali. Successivamente la busta è stata ritrovata all’interno della struttura, quindi era chiaro che fosse in loro possesso dal momento che il proprietario mi ha inviato la foto della busta all'interno della struttura. Da quel momento è iniziata una vera e propria odissea: numerosissimi tentativi di contattare il proprietario, tra telefonate e messaggi, tutti ignorati. Nessuna risposta, nessuna spiegazione, nessuna disponibilità ad aiutare un’ospite che chiedeva semplicemente la restituzione dei propri effetti personali. Ad oggi, nonostante le promesse iniziali e il tempo più che sufficiente, la busta non è mai stata spedita. Questo comportamento è inaccettabile e dimostra una totale mancanza di professionalità, correttezza e rispetto verso i clienti. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque tenga ai propri effetti personali e a un minimo di serietà.

Check in was confusing. There is no front desk. You must WhatsApp the owner for the access codes to the front gate and room. The room was clean, but had a bad odor. We went to the market for air freshener and that helped. They ran out of yogurt before my husband joined me for breakfast. They did not provide bath towels for our second day and we had to use a bath matt's, even after requesting bath towels mid afternoon.

Staff were friendly and very helpful . Breakfast was good , cereal, toast , eggs, meat , cheese, cake . Room clean . Initially we couldn’t find entrance but host responded immediately and it was through a gate we’d passed on main rd opposite a restaurant . Central location . On maps it’s in location of a property called the Green House which I believe was its original name so we got dropped off there and it’s the same place . I would recommend this accomodation. Only suggestion , would be to get extra cutlery as there were no teaspoons in room and not much cutlery in breakfast room .

The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the grounds were beautiful, filled with lemon trees and colorful flowers. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The beds could have been a bit more comfortable, but after a glass of wine (or two) we still got a good night's sleep! Overall, a lovely place to stay.

We were in the Herculeum room and it needs major TLC, the pillows are awful, no spare blanket, only a thin coverlet on the bed. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting, there is a shower door missing so water goes out onto the post and on the floor which means it is rusted everywhere and dirty. I sent a message on what’s app asking to change rooms and never received a reply when not long before, they had sent me the code to check-in. The first morning, the cleaning lady just came in our room at 8:15 without knocking and when we spoke she left. Who does that? Apart from the location where this B&B is, there is nothing good about this place.

I have never experienced such a poor B&B as this. The photos show a lush garden with plenty of seating outside, instead, there’s an unkempt lawn with overgrown grass and plants. We were contacted by WhatsApp on the morning of our arrival to ask about our ETA. I replied promptly & heard nothing back until we had been standing outside the gate for 10 minutes ringing the buzzer to no avail. I then had a barrage of messages with codes for the gate & for our room, along with directions on finding our room. We had other guests asking us for the gate code during our stay as they hadn’t been informed. We found the door handle to the bathroom lying on the sink unit & no handle actually on the door, just a key in the bathroom door lock. We then found that the toilet seat was completely detached from the toilet itself. I immediately contacted the owner who said that he would check it. We were told the following morning that he was having a contractor come in to sort it. The handle was put back in place, but still felt very loose when being used. The toilet was not fixed during our stay at all. We came back from a day out to find that the door to our room had been left open by the housekeeping staff. I brought this to the attention of the owner who apologised & he has paid our hotel tax by way of apology. Twice we had the housekeeper knocking on the door before 9am asking if we were going out. Didn’t feel we could relax & get ready at our own pace. Only positives are the location & WiFi.

Bel emplacement au calme et service impeccable

Chambre pour 4 très agréable au calme. Acceuil et communication très bonne. Solution de parking proposé mais attention car sur le site FR il est indiqué que cela est compris alors que sur la version italienne c’est 25€. Heureusement l’accueillant a fait un geste en prenant en sa charge le montant, bravo !!! La ville est très agréable et il est possible de rejoindre Capri en 20/30 minutes. Le petit déjeuner est complet et le service de qualité. Salle de petit déjeuner un peu petite et qques points de moisissures dans la salle de bain. Également, la vue depuis notre chambre plus que sommaire (une cours sans végétation) ce qui ne colle pas avec le nom de l’hôtel. Pour le reste, nous ne regrettons pas notre choix avec une situation à 2 minutes de la rue commerçante et piétonne.

There isn’t someone on site all the time so if you wanted to drop bags / check in early, I would suggest messaging via WhatsApp or text, rather than email ir through Hotels.com, to make arrangements so you’re not hanging around.
