Superior værelset var rigtig fint. Sengen god. Men søvnen led under megen støj. Meget trafik i området - og megen støj fra nærliggende bar. Havde bestilt og betalt for ophold med kontenental morgenmad. Det viste sig at være een ting man kunne vælge. Hvis man eksempelvis ville have blot en lille portin yoghurt med drys udover, blev man bon'et for 12 euro.

The room was perfect for a one night stay in Athens before an early morning flight. The room was well appointed and very comfortable, albeit it took a bit of fiddling with the window to get the air conditioner to work properly. Communication with Marina was great and the location was perfect for exploring all the best Monastiraki has to offer. The only downside was the lack of soundproofing on the doors (we could regularly hear doors slamming during the late evening and guests talking in the hallways). Otherwise an enjoyable stay and would happy stop by again next time we’re in Athens. Thank you!

Parfaitement placé

Très bel hôtel, bien placé, au centre de la vieille ville. Les chambres sont bien decorées et agréables. Le personnel sympathique et les petits dejeuner sont excellent. Nous retenons l'adresse et la conseillerons à nos proches qui veulent visiter Athènes.

Great hotel, yummy breakfast, close to everything

This hotel has limited check-in hours. In the event, you miss the check-in window, walk into the hotel door, open the door on your left and walk into the restaurant which will be empty. Continue walking and on the right hand side there will be a table that likely has a key card for your room. If you continue walking further back within the restaurant, there is an elevator on the right hand side past the bathrooms. This hotel is fantastic, Maria is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing so given the opportunity to include it in your stay, I would highly recommend though it is still available for purchase. This is located near many sites and very walkable to shops, restaurants and other things. We would stay here again. Keep in mind hotels in Europe do not have conditioner or wash clothes so come prepared.

L’hôtel est bien. Notre chambre était propre et spacieuse. La climatisation fonctionnait bien. L’arrivée était un peu compliquée si on arrive après 16h. Le code d’accès qui nous a été fourni pour entrer ne fonctionnait pas.

It was very hot in Athens for my three day stay. This is my second stay at the Dogpound and I really loved it the first time. The price is right and it is very central. Check in was easy with keys left for us. The rooms are large and comfortable. My only problem is that I feel there was little support or attention when I needed something. For example my air conditioner was working but on the last night I couldn’t get the temperature lower than 26 degrees. I also had to seek out the person to pay for my accomodation.
