We paid $563 for 2 nights, and overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent—walking distance to the beach and surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants, and places to explore. It was very convenient for getting around and enjoying Nice. The air conditioning was excellent, which was definitely appreciated after being out sightseeing. The room also had no carpet, which was a big plus for us, and everything felt clean and comfortable. The shower was good and worked well. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and the location was one of our favorite things about the hotel. A great base for exploring Nice!

Overall the hotel was clean, had a good location for what we needed. The room was also very basic with no hot water facilities. Our bathroom was very run down and needed several repairs as the toilet seat was broken and very loose, the tap in the shower was broken and the shower angle meant the whole bathroom got soaked unless you held the shower head when using which was tricky! A very basic breakfast also.

The hotel was a centrally located to the numerous cafes in Nice. The staff very helpful. The carpet in my room had a musky odor which can be resolved if a different chemical is used. The AC worked too well. Noise from the street was obvious even after midnight. The price was really good. If you’re in a budget then this could be the place for you. Short walk to the beach as well.

Probably the most depressing room I have ever slept in. A wall right outside. No air in the room. Loud airconditioner. Cleaned well but the carpet did not feel new and fresh. Elevator broke. Very helpful staff doing their best. The lobby was really boring and noone ever sat there. If you are looking for a "cheaper" hotel for one night with an AMAZING location this is your place. If you are looking to spend som quality time, being able to work in the lobby, enjoying your room...this is not it.

The AC was broken for the two nights we were there. The hallways and rooms smelled. We booked a taxi through the hotel for an early departure and luckily our last alarm woke us up.
