Very disappointing experience. I booked a 3-bedroom apartment through the app, but when I arrived they told me there was no room available. Instead, I was sent to another apartment about 1.5 km away. The new place only had 2 bedrooms, yet I was still asked to pay extra money.
I was traveling with a small child and the weather was extremely hot, so this situation was very inconvenient and stressful. This felt very unprofessional and not transparent. I hope the management can explain this situation and refund the extra money I had to pay.
