Great place for the family

Our stay was very good, my family enjoyed the stay and the kids had a great time. Staff was very friendly and if we needed something it was given in a matter of minutes. Big yard for the kids, pool patio bbq. Breakfast was very good. Really enjoyed our stay and I recommend this place to a family traveling with kids. Thank you

Yeni açilmis bir tesis , tum esyalar yeni ve tertemiz. Bahcesi ve mutfagi eksiksiz, barbeku mutfak esyalari mevcut. Ilgi ve alaka ust duzey. Acik bufe kahvaltisi cok lezzetli ve yeterli. It is a new facility and all furnitures are new and in good condition. Property has a wonderful garden with pool and barbeque. Kitchen tools are in good condition. Open buffet breakfast was faboulus.

Could have been better!! It was an expensive stay for what we got. The first day when we checked in there was no electricity and we were told that it won’t come another few hours. At night it went off again, luckily kids were sleeping and I don’t even know when it came back. Apparently they always have electricity problem so I think they really need to get a generator. The pool was cold and we wanted it to be heated which they said it could be only warm (not hot) in 3 hours so we didn’t wait and decided to see places in Sapanca. Buffet breakfast and the house was nice but there were things that could be improved such as renewing the sponge and cloths in the kitchen.

4 gece konaklama için kızım ve köpeğim ile geldik. Oda gayet temizdi, mutfak malzemeleri biraz sıkıntılı örnek vermek gerekirse kupa bardakların ağız kısımları kırık, birşeyler doğramak kesmek isterseniz bıçak yok gibi... Ancak restorandan talep ederek tamamlayabilirsiniz de. Kahvaltı yeterli. Yatak takımları, örtüler vs.. temiz. Odalarda ev gibi çorap ya da çıplak ayağınızla dahi gezebilirsiniz o kadar temiz. Havuz için günlük bakım yapmanız ya da yaptırmanız gerekli. Bakım dediysem de su üzerinde yaprak, ot vs.. gibi şeylerin temizliğinden bahsediyorum. Havuz süs havuzundan büyükçe ama kulaç atarak yüzmek için asla yeterli değil. Küçük çocuğunuz varsa muhtemelen tam onlar için bir eğlence olacaktır. Ortam sakin, sessiz. Belli zamanlarda ağır bir koku sarıyor ortamı, arıtma olabilir ama bu genel bir sorun. Konumu itibariyle market, kafe vs.. için araba ile yakın ama aracınız yoksa büyük sıkıntı. Son olarak konaklama yerine çıkan yok berbat ötesi. Yollar o kadar bozuk ki koca koca çukurlar arasında survivor yapmanız gerekli. Taşlık bir yol ve gerçekten çok kötü. Umarım bir çözüm bulunabilir. Tekrar gelirmisiniz diye sorsanız konaklama olarak tekrar gelebiliriz ancak o yola bir çözüm bulunması gerekir. Teşekkürler.

Ich war als vier köpfige Familie vor Ort erste Begegnung war sehr gut bei Fragen sofort hilfsbereit Freundlichkeit und Frühstück oft nach kontrolliert und die fehlende Sachen immer ersetzt, du konntest immer wieder deine Teller nach füllen. Das Pool musste man halt immer selbst sauber machen das fand ich auch auch ok weil ja privat für uns gewesen war. Wasser ist kalt gewesen aber wenn man drinne war gewöhnte sich das Körper. Ich würde immer wieder gerne vor Ort mein Urlaub machen und auch weiter empfehlen.
