The resort is peaceful and relaxing. We stayed in one of their duplexes that sit near the waterfront. Aside from one night when there was a large group of people who had a loud party, our stay was quiet. I don’t think the resort could have controlled the actions of this group but thankfully it was only one night. The location on the water is lovely with the most beautiful sunsets. We were able to take the kayaks out on afternoon as well. The bed needs some work though. It squeaked with every roll over. This is our second time staying there in two years and we don’t recall it being that way last time. The mattress was not great

Lovely, everything you need for an outdoor activities resort stay. Kayaks, paddle boards, bicycles, boat and fishing docks, wonderful pool, corn hole. Cottages are perfect for a couple or small family. Very clean and in pristine condition. Highly recommend.

Amazing place - can't recommend more!!! This is a hybrid between hotel and villa/apartment, it has some of the amenities you'd want in a hotel but more self catering in a stunning setting. We stayed 3 nights and we're treated to 3 stunning sun sets, I definitely recommend the premium view villas. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it, but the free use of kayaks and paddle boards was a real highlight. Some incredible nature including dolphins coming right up under the jetty and jumping for us. The location is really good with lots nearby. We would definitely stay again.

This property was our first destination upon our arrival at the keys and made a great impression. The room was clean and well detailed. We had a view of the bay. The pool was clean and the surroundings were perfect. We watched the sun set from the well appointed back area of the property that looks out over the bay and other small keys. I would recommend this property and just a note the best key lime pie we had was just a short bike ride or walk near by. We rode bikes around the neighborhood. The property had games and kayaks, you could snorkel right off the shore if you wanted to, They also offered a continental breakfast which was perfect and had its own outside area again with an great view of the bay. I would stay here again and did try to book for our return trip from key west unfortunately it was completely booked.

Peu de service, de confort et trop chère

Lorsque l'on paye une chambre 406€ la nuit on peut etre exigeant...Nous n'avons pas aimé notre bungalow n°16 car : - la réceptionniste qui donne la facture à mon mari alors que je l'invitais : très bof - Aucune boisson/cookie offert à l'arrivée ou/et dans le bungalow même pas une bouteille d'eau: celle ci est payante! Tres pingres. - Plafond assez bas du bungalow = atmosphère obcure - La vue mer à moitié occultée par le bungalow de devant - Cafetière à filtre de 30 ans d'âge - Produits de salle de bain de qualité assez basse.. - Le bruit de la climatisation intérieur du bungalow assourdissant - la proximité (1 mètre) du passage devant notre bungalow des estivants et de la piscine - Le bruit de la climatisation de la piscine juste à 2 mètres de notre terrasse - le matelas du lit était beaucoup trop mou - la télévision est devant le canapé donc impossibilité de regarder la télé du lit - l'allée en cailloux qui a abîmé les roulettes de nos valises Et pour finir nous avons détesté le petit déjeuner = du sous vide dégoûtant. À 9h il ne restait plus comme fruits; des oranges!! Pas de yaourts, de produits frais...etc... Une honte a ce prix là ; autant ne pas faire payer le pdj dans le prix, on se serait mieux régalé chez McDo

Such a lovely property, we really enjoyed staying here. The room and the grounds were wonderful. Housekeeping was hit and miss, towels got changed and bins emptied but they forgot to make the bed once and it was a very rudimentary clean.

Hotel fantastique ! La chambre est tres belle, super bien equipée avec une cuisine. Il y a a disposition gratuitement des vélos, des canoes... la plage est privée, la piscine chauffée. Peu de chambres donc tranquille ! Le petit moins : pour le prix, le petit déj est très sommaire : du café (ou the il me semble) des briquettes de jus de fruit et des gateaux emballés dans des sachets plastiques
