Room was a little smaller than pictures seemed but it was well cleaned and the air conditioning was great and water pressure was perfect

Clean room, quiet, temperature control, plenty of hot water. Convenient location with comfortable beds. My fishing buddy and I spent two nights. Would stay here again.

Great affordable accommodations. The room was spotless, linens were provided and changed out. The bed was super comfortable. Parking was great, parked in-front of room. Overall the room wasn’t fancy but I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Exceptionally clean room and washroom. Large parking spaces making it easy to take out luggage. Friendly atmosphere.
One extremely small detail that is missing. Another mirror so your not leaning over the sink.

Hi, we have chosen this motel to stay at for years as we always travel to midland every summer
Would rather stay here then the very expensive hotels at top of street.
Basic but we have never had a complaint. Staff always willing to help when ever possible.
We have another reservation for Butter tart festival in June.
Then our usual time in August.
You can’t beat the price.

Your website contains a TERRIBLY deceptive page that would not seem to proceed without a third party “protection” service that tacked on an extra $16 for NOTHING of value. Then they said they had no ability to cancel and refund it when I contacted them to protest!!! I’ll report this to my credit card company.
