Ingen städning under vistelsen

Rent och fint när vi kom. Minus för att det inte ingick städning under vår tre veckor långa vistelse. Ingen information om det vid bokning. Fanns utrustning för att torka golv men inget mer. Handdukar byttes varannan till var tredje dag vilket var bra och lakan en gång i veckan.

Excellent location, room had everything you could need including travel adapters and an umbrella! Really good pool bar serving good food and reasonably priced too. Sun beds not available until 10am which was a little late for us and meant hanging around but otherwise spot on.

Sunshine getaway

Our arrival was going to be late so we emailed the resort to request a late arrival. Someone was there to greet us and showed us to our apartment. It was very clean and had all that you would need for a self catering holiday. Bedroom had two single beds and was fully furnished. Bathroom was spotless and clean with lovely towels. Kitchen was spotlessly clean with all utensils and fully equipped. Lounge was spacious and fully furnished with tiled floor throughout. Balcony with table and chairs and a view of the pool area. The pool area was very clean and the pool was lovely. Sun beds are €2 per day (10am to 6pm) and a double day bed was €15 per day. Little cafe and bar next to the reception served a full range of drinks and food all day at good prices. The staff were very friendly and helpful, our irons cord was damaged and they replaced it immediately with a new one. Limited free parking around the resorts roads and lots of free parking around the area if you decide to hire a car. We normally only hire villas but for a quick getaway for some sunshine, this if perfect and we would not hesitate booking at Paloma Beach Apartment again.

Perfect stay in Los Cristianos!

Our favorite apartment complex in Tenerife, kind staff all around, nice and convenient bar restaurant, lovely pool, it is perfect for our needs! We like to walk around Los Cristianos boardwalk and this is an excellent spot to base out of, still quiet yet close to everything!

Great apartment at the quiet end of Los Cristianos

We had a good time in the quiet end of Los Cristianos.The apartment was spacious and well laid out with a view over the pool to the sea. Check in was efficient, they let us in when we arrived an hour early which was helpful. The pool was lovely. The beds and pillows were a bit hard for us, but overall it was a very good stay.

Truely recommendable hotel

The is an EXCELLENT ***hotel. Big rooms, close to everything but still quiet etc. The stuff at the reception is EXEPTIONALLY good. The pool area can (not always) be a bit crowded, but at this price I'm sure you can not find anything better... most of the 4 and 5 star hotels doesn't even come close.

Great winter sun stay

We loved how quiet the room was in the evenings and the English tv channels for the news and rugby. The supper market close made breakfast and lunch very easy. Short walk to the water front. Will plan to stay here again next year

Paloma Beach

Pool was NOT heated! The beds were filthy and need a wash urgently and we only saw the pool being cleaned once in the month we were there!! We had to queue to pay for beds and then queue to collect beds! This needs to be addressed and we found that the owners brought their own beds before the opening time of 10am.

Lovely stay at Paloma Beach Apartments

We had a lovely stay at Paloma Beach apartments. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We had to pay for a sun bed every day. The upside to that was we did not have to rush to get one in the morning and once we paid, it was ours for the whole day. The oven in our apartment stopped working after the second week. We contacted reception and it was replaced within hours with a new one. Would definitely stay again.
