This hotel is stunning! The entrance and lobby is beautiful with the water fountain placed in the middle. We were greeted with welcome drinks. Our room was even more beautiful! The bed is big, clean and incredibly comfortable. The bath tub was an added bonus and a great way to end the day after exploring Morelia! Close to the centro histórico too! Walking distance.

Casa Alondra is an absolute gem! We stayed two nights in room #1 and were delighted with every aspect of our stay. We had a genuinely warm reception by the lovely Yenzel (apologies for spelling!). When we explained we had an early start the following morning, she actually came into work early to make us coffee to go! Her kindness and initiative astounded us. Our suite was positively beautiful! The copper bathtub was especially appreciated after visiting the copper town of Santa Clara earlier that day. The bed was so comfortable -definitely not the backbreaking hardness of other mattresses throughout Mexico! The room was furnished with luxurious bedding and amenities including adequate and convenient arrangements for charging all the electronics. We normally choose to dine at local establishments in town. However, after wandering the city, we elected to have dinner at Diego. What a wise decision! The manager, Deri, was training a new waiter and we were so impressed with his hospitality. He is a true professional and so genuine in his graciousness. Our dinner was delicious! So good, in fact, that we never considered eating anywhere else the second night. Manuel was our waiter the second night. The owner is obviously focused on bringing the cream of the crop to his hotel. We were so impressed with every staff member we encountered. From the reception, wait staff, manager and chef, this a first class operation. We would love to return!

Hermoso lugar, habitación cómoda, nos trataron de excelente manera. El restaurante es delicioso con servicio de 10. Solo extrañamos que hubiera servicio de desayuno entre semana y comida en horario para mexicanos (a partir de las 2 pm). Sugerimos que en temporada alta como el FICM y semana de Dia de Muertos lo tuvieran, porque serian una gran opción. Sin duda regresaremos.

The best hotel I’ve stayed in in Morelia. A beautiful, comfortable room that was very soundproof (and the large soaking tub was especially nice. The restaurant is excellent, location is great- everything about it put it far above everywhere else I’ve stayed in Morelia. I will definitely be staying there again in the future!

Excelentes las instalaciones y la comodidad del colchón y ropa de cama, todo de primera. Las próximas visitas en Morelia, tengan por seguro que serán en CASA ALONDRA. Se podrían corregir dos cosas, la primera es el nombre del hotel que se podría poner en un lugar más bajo, quizás a la misma altura del lado opuesto de donde está la placa del Restaurante DIEGO, porque es prácticamente imposible de ver donde se encuentra actualmente. La segunda es corregir de forma urgente la moldura de madera de la de la piesera de la cama, que sobresale mucho del colchón y se golpea uno en la rodilla. Con ello sería 100% excelente. Saludos

We stayed for the weekend for a family reunion and it was the perfect place close to the historical downtown, where we could walk to the colonial area with plenty of options for shopping, dining and landmarks. the room cozy and catalog picture perfect and very comfortable and quiet. and outside the room you have the interior garden with a fountain and the restaurant bar which is also very quiet and with excellent service. I loved this place. Staff has excellent customer service.
