Spacious room with excellent sheets and towels. While it doesn't have a TV, we really didn't need it. Very good Wi-Fi. The reception has a space with coffee, cookies, biscuits, and an electric kettle, available for free use 24 hours a day. The staff was very friendly. See you soon!

It was such a cute place, all of the staff we encountered were so helpful and friedly. There is a little snack station and sitting area which was very nice. Rooms were comfortable even for 3 of us. The lady on the front desk when we arrived and when we checked-out was extremely friendly and helpful. It really made our stay even better. The rooms are very comfortable and modern, yet the building is very charming and has a typically Italian old-world feel. Highly recommend this place and I hope to return when I visit Florence again :)

The hotel is well located but not in a trendy area. Our room was basic but very clean and the bed was comfy. Lots of steep stairs and too many floor level changes - like from bedroom to bathroom. The shower was very slippery so I wouldn’t get in it after being over served! Not ideal for seniors but we managed OK. The staff was lovely and helpful. If you want a good value, great AC and location give it a try.

Other than that the room itself was comfortable, clean, spacious enough. It was close to all the major sites and restaurants. The staff were wonderful!
