Palm Cove Motel is a cute place to stay for couples. We found our suite to be spacious and clean. Although it is close to a major road, the bedroom was whisper quiet for sleeping. Check in process was seamless without the need for a concierge. Would recommend!

Prince was very helpful! The kiosk system they use was quick and easy. When there was a minor issue with the lock code prince was able to help immediately based off of each room having its own ring camera. Loved the Palm cove motel and will definitely recommend to others. It’s one of my favorite places to stay. I’ve stayed at least 10 times already. It’s always clean. No bugs ever. Always clean towels . The game room is so much fun. Offering a pool table which me and my boyfriend use every time we stay. Thank you for such a great place to stay.

The room was very clean. The room was decorated nice and modern and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately the TV did not even turn on and the door was coming off of its hinges. We asked if someone could possibly come to look at the door and replace the TV. No one came. We were very busy in our short 2 day visit so these problems did not have an impact in having a great time. This cute Motel has great reviews and we think that this is something that happens. We would stay again and give it another chance.

I was here for two nights on business. From the outside it looks like a 1950s motel with mature palm trees and has a very laid back vibe. The inside looks like the picture - renovated and clean. It was a little strange not having staff on site, but it totally worked - they communicated effectively through messages and I really didn't miss it all all. Check in was great. I was also traveling alone and as a woman don't usually pick a place with an outside door. I felt safe and comfortable here and would stay here again.

Property is spotless! Room was huge and extremely clean! Checking in with a kiosk was different I must admitt however it was so easy! What they don’t tell you is that there is a deposit for incidentals that is required (I wasn’t prepared for this and had to leave and come back to continue my check in). Parking lot has numbered parking spaces to match up with the rooms which was really nice. Internet needs work as it kept kicking me off while I was trying to get some work done, frustrating enough for me to give in and use my personal hotspot. Check out was easy as well fast and efficient! I definitely will be returning for another stay soon as I’m relocating to the area and looking for my new home. Amazing little place!!

I recently stayed and had someone use the lock code and walk into my room at almost 1 in the morning. I was sleeping but the bright light outside woke me up. The hotel did nothing for me, just changed the door code. Having someone walk into your room is never ok on a vacation. Kind of ruined my entire experience
