Both breakfast and dinner are included in the price. Public bath with hot spring water was available too. Good deal. A convenient store is nearby. They kept our luggage before checking in but they didn’t secure - no locks, number tags, or anything. Somebody could take it, though it wasn’t a busy day.

清潔感はあったが､昔の作りで狭くて､トイレと浴室の段差がかなりあった。寒いので､エアコンをつけて寝ていたが､喉と口が酷く乾燥して苦しく､途中で切った。加湿器があれば良かったと思う。朝食が無料で付いていて良かった。とにかく､美観地区にとても近く､大変便利だった。

夕食と朝食が無料で、大浴場は温泉でした。美観地区からすぐで立地は最高です。手荷物も預かってくれるので助かりました。夕食はカレーと日替りから選べ、朝食はバイキングでした。朝食ではコーヒーの機械の調子が悪く、スタッフにお願いしても直らなくてコーヒーが飲めず残念でした。施設はやや古め、大浴場へ行く渡り廊下は屋外なので、薄着で行くと寒いです。全体的には満足です。

チェックイン:スタッフの丁寧な対応で気持ちが良かったです。フロア:9階のエレベーターを降りた目の前に倉庫があったので違和感を感じました。説明文やイラストがあっても良いと思う。ルーム:とても綺麗にしてありました。折り畳み式のバッゲージ置き台も掃除をして有ればなお良いと思います。ベッド:枕が高く固かったです。大浴場:別棟へ行く時、屋外に出るのがとても寒かった。今季一の寒波の日なので尚更寒い。朝食:色んな種類が有ったし美味しかったです。
