On the day of my reservation, I noted that I needed a room with wheelchair-accessible bathroom and either two beds or one bed and a sofa for my 12-year-old child. When I arrived at the hotel, I was first assigned a room with only one large bed, and the bathroom was not wheelchair-accessible. I went to the front desk and requested another room. The staff informed me that a wheelchair-accessible room was available on the second floor and sent me there. However, the room had two beds, the bathroom was still not wheelchair-accessible, there were not enough towels for three people, and there was no toilet paper. I hope I have my 50.00 dollars refund back.
