Lacked kitchen essentials and appliance condition fair. Hot water was fine when it was available. Customer service was poor in terms of responsiveness and helpfulness. Although advertised as open, restaurants were not. Did I mention it was noisy? Charged $30 daily for housekeeping however we requested nor received. When I questioned charges, was advised that it is automatic for all guests. This is obviously a ploy to keep basic daily rate artificially lower. Should be required to disclose hidden fees. Services also compromised by booking through Expedia. We received multiple nuisance marketing calls soliciting attendance for sales offer. Opportunity rich environment for improved visual information.
