Check in only had one room we reserved two heat wasn't working in the room switched us to a smaller from from two queen beds to two full beds two towels the had no towels in the pool room temperature was cold in there we asked for towels they had no clean laundry for the pool room or the rooms in all very upsetting and displeasing family trip wouldn't recommend to anyone it was a disaster plus there was no breakfast for hungry teenagers on the trip just coffee

We had a reservation & went to check in but decided not to stay the conditions were awful! Needed to have a hazmat suit just to walk inside! Will not recommend this place to anyone. Lost my money of course but didn’t go home with any bugs

The room was nice, but we had to listen to people stomp around above us until after midnight every night. Plus we had to get our room keys reactivated twice during our stay. We were there three nights.

The entire hotel was really dirty, I never saw a housekeeper and I was there for 3 days. The place smelled so badly of marijuana it was overbearing . It appeared that there were several “permanent” residents living there, some with multiple small loud children. I think they were the ones smoking the marijuana. The outer doors don’t shut well and were open for anyone to just walk in all hours of the day and night. I had an adjoining room and the door on my side was just missing so the people from the other room could have just walked through from their side. Beeping smoke detectors that needed battery changes. Just a general lack of maintenance and cleaning and managing the place.

Its right next to Cracker Barrel. That is nice , since the hotel does not have breakfast. The rest of the property could definitely use some TLC inside and outside. The staff was ok. Hard to find someone if you needed anything or just to ask a question. But overall the staff was friendly.

The stay was okay. The room was clean at first till my family, friends and I took our shoes off and noticed the floor was wet and our feet turned black instantly. My mother went down to ther service desk to get towels to clean the floor that was damped. The air conditioner and the lamps were unplugged which we had to plug it back in. We booked two queen bed room which we asked for extra towels at the front desk but the clerk said that they did not have any clean nor extra clean towels. The parking was semi-full due to the people who were living in their cars yet appeared that they were not booking a room or staying in the hotel.

Made an online reservation while driving back to WI from Ontario. Demetrius at the desk was friendly and helpful. We found the room spacious, clean and a fridge that actually worked. A bit of street noise but for the price, excellent.
