Overpowering smell of bleach in room. Very humid. Room full of bugs because no screen on window and window left open. Ripped chair, crooked lights, stained bathtub, something left in tub by cleaning or maintenance staff. Hallways were full of dropped trash. Very strong weed smell across the floor all night. If you have any other options, I'd skip this.

The room was very very clean and spacious and the staff were all incredibly courteous and helpful. I only rated it a 3 out of 5 because the bed was like sleeping on a brick. I didn't get any actual sleep at all.

Just looked like I didnt want to touch it honestly. Thankfully the beds looked and smelled clean. The linoleum floors need to go...looks like its been there for decades and not taken care of.

The staff was amazing very kind and helpful! My room looked to be recently renovated the bathroom tub could have been a little bit Cleaner. Everything else was great in the room. The elevator is very dirty. The hallways smell of smoke, weed and cigarettes. The pool was 7 out of 10… the water was nice, the area around the pool was not very clean. The hot tub was closed and the standing water in there is green they had a covered with a tarp.

There were damages to the room. No phone, no clock, and the mini fridge was caked in ice. The room smelled horrible when we arrived had to buy air freshener. The air conditioning work well just had old food and debris in it.

The staff was nice. The room was disgusting. The bathroom door had a hole punched in it, the light in the bathroom wouldn’t shut off, pubic hair stuck to the walls in the bathroom, very dirty floors and baseboards, vents were jam packed with dust, dirt smudges all over the walls, the entire property reeked of marijuana, and the hot tub was not working. The beds were very stiff and the pillows are tiny. Thankfully we were only actually in the room to sleep for a few hours, but we will not be staying there again.
