We had a 22 hour layover in toronto and chose this location to rest and recover from our jet-lag. 
We liked the size of the room, beds were comfortable, good pillows, very courteous front desk people, had recycling facilities, kitchen was well-equipped, nice TVs, continental breakfast was as good as I have seen in a hotel, when we posed a question to the hotel through the app, they answered quickly and accurately (this is not always the case with many hotels).
Our only issue was with the shuttle service. When we arrived, we had to wait half an hour for the shuttle to pick us up which wasn’t a huge deal. Then we checked in and were told that the shuttle leaves promptly every hour on the hour and it was suggested we book ahead of time which we did. We booked the 10:00 am shuttle for a domestic flight leaving at noon. We went downstairs at 9:45 and were told that the shuttle left early as someone needed to get to the airport. The shuttle at the sister hotel was ready to go at 10:00 and we were told we could not go on that one. It was after 10:15 when the shuttle returned which was a little late for my personal comfort. Feels like we followed the rules and were punished for same. If they would have called us and said there was a situation and could we leave early, we would have come down so others could get to the airport, but this was not done. I felt that the folks not following the schedule should have been told to get a cab/uber or wait until 10:00.
