Our first room was lovely but we had noisy neighbors above (lots of heavy footfalls and jumping) and front desk solved the issue by finding us another room - they were very kind and accommodating. We attended a wedding at the hotel from the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and inviting. The grounds provided plenty of seating areas for sitting quietly or with family. Our grandson loved the children's club an unexpected bonus. Latitudes was a great place for lunch as was marketplace for coffee. Our room was excellently appointed. Loved that we could walk into town and avoid the traffic. Overall just a great place to stay.
