I checked in Friday September 19 at 8pm with my family. Four ppl total. When we got to our room 221. The television wasnt working, the toilet didn't flush properly unless you lifted the hood and physically flushed, and there were only TWO guest towels given (that had several long strands of hair on them) and one wash cloth. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk and was given fresh towels but no one came to fix the television or toilet. While we slept, the box spring of the bed must have been made of steel because it made a horrendous sound once you laid down or sat. The next morning we noticed bed bugs on the floor and one on bed. Smh We left the hotel to attend family weekend but before leaving we told the front desk attendant of the broken tv, non flushing toilet, and bugs in room! We left at 9am and returned back at 1015pm. Once we arrived back, the tv worked and bedding changed, BUT the toilet was NOT WORKING AT ALL. Once we went to front desk to tell them about the toilet, i was told i was going to be charged for ruining their guest towels because i placed them all on the floor of the bathroom to soak up the "leak" from the toilet! I told the attendant and security guard Derrick that there wasnt a leak and no towels were left on the bathroom floor. Derrick advised that the room beneath us complained of leaking water at 4pm and once he investigated the room he saw the fort built around toilet. Derrick accused me of not reporting the leak. Do not stay here
