There is no finer breakfast buffet in all of SE Asia. When coming to visit Angkor Wat, the Borei Angkor Resort & Spa has to be at the top of the places to stay.
The hotel offered a lovely green garden setting and relaxing views that created a peaceful escape. The lobby staff were very helpful, and every team member showed great care. The hotel was in a great peaceful location within walking distance of main part of town such as pub street, restaurants, night market and banks. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help with information. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was so relaxing after temple tour and the food was delicious. Everything was perfect. We loved it and would stay there again.
The staff is awesome. However i didn't stay one night there because the lock box was wooden lol and i had a lot of USD i kept with me. I needed a metal safe so i found another hotel the same day. I never requested a refund for the week i didn't stay. Not a problem, the people need the money more than me. I do however go back everyday to bring cat food for the cats and i eat at the restaurant there. The food is really good and worth just going for that.
