I was very disappointed upon arrival at the property. The place is under renovation and they didn’t mention it at all on Expedia. I’ve sent out emails to the property before my arrival and no one answers me till today. The whole place is dirty with people working on the site. They mentioned in their bio they have restaurant but there isn’t one. I’m so disappointed and I wish I can get a refund of my money or at least a compensation.

La résidence est difficile d’accès ( voie non bitumée) Le quartier n’est pas sécuritaire. Nous avions stationné notre voiture devant la résidence et malheureusement celle ci a été vandalisé 2 jours après notre installation ( la vitre avant côté passager a été totalement brisée ) L’accueil nous avait demandé de stationner la voiture dehors ce qui n’était pas une bonne idée . La salle de bain n’était pas propre malgré les nettoyages qui étaient fait en moyenne chaque 3 jours à notre demande. Personnel accueillant et bienveillant Attention, la présence des moustiques est réelle Malgré l’usage d’une moustiquaire que nous avons acheté nous avons dû prendre des spray anti répulsifs

Chambre sale, linge entassé dans la loge pour l’accueil, personnel agressif qui dort dans les chambres ( hôtel de passe), le directeur devait me rembourser mais il fait le mort. J’ai du prendre un hôtel en urgence tellement traumatisée de cette expérience. Fuyez! L’extérieur donne un peu le change mais de près c’est l’enfer.
