Property was new, clean, and pretty. There were some finishing touches they were still working on. The in room jacuzzi took 3 hours to fill with hot water which was a bummer. Then the hot tub by the pool was broken but two were working that can only be used by people that pay extra to join the club. Swim up pool was nice but no privacy in the water it’s commonly used by everyone in the first floor suites. If you like super relaxed this is the place for you but we could have used a little more excitement besides shows/performances. If you smoke tobacco it is completely frowned upon and only one smoking bench with no shade. If you smoke I would definitely consider a different resort. Not all restaurants are open every day so make sure you figure that out right away so you don’t miss any dining options! Food was fantastic and they do have good quality alcohol!

Beach service was slow, the Excellence Club members room service menu was the same as the normal but with different names and/or sauce availability. The bars are to have premium alcohol for members but when asked they don’t have them except for the one Excellence Club Lounge.

Experiência maravilhosa! O gerente senhor Adolfo é um exemplo foi muito prestativo e educado. O nível de alimentação desse hotel é imbatível, restaurante individuais onde você escolhe o que quer comer no cardápio, são várias opções de restaurantes. Praia maravilhosa, água azul, quente e tranquila. Vale muito a pena comprar pacote com preference club pela praia privada, restaurantes exclusivos

Staff is friendly and helpful. Facilities are amazing. Great resort to relax and disconnect. Your only concern will be in which restaurant are you going to have dinner. Everything is so clean and beautiful. Our only regret was not staying a couple more days… Awesome!
