Meh…
Room ended up not having the amenities listed for family room (missing tv, no ac in rooms, not a stocked kitchen, nothing like pictures). Took a while to get the hotel to agree to downgrade us and repay the difference but the front desk staff was helpful and very apologetic. Ended up however overpaying for breakfast (25eur per person of 12eur like listed) and shouldn’t have had to pay at all as a Silver Member. Now Expedia is refusing to refund and is giving us the run-around (not hotels fault).
