Accommodation was spacious, clean & comfortable. It was good to have a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Nice touches, such as dishwasher & laundry tabs. Good location, with short walks to main attractions. There was also parking available nearby. Communication from the host company on property access needs to be better. Also they offered us late check out, which was more expensive than what they were offering for an additional night’s stay. More cutlery and cookware is also needed and clearer instructions from reception on where we could leave our luggage

The instructions to access the property and accommodations were perfect, however; the property had some major issues. The elevators reeked of urine. The floors inside of the apartment weren't swept or cleaned. The bathroom toilets weren't properly cleaned on the inside. We were too tired to inspect the sheets until the next day and discovered blood stains. One of the guests slept on the floor and later discovered blood stain soiled the matress cover. The agents were slow to respond to resolving the atained mattress cover until the next day. I slept on the pull out sofa bed and noticed blood stains on my sheets as well. I am awaiting a resolution and was told someone would call me about this issue. I checked out early yesterday morning and haven't heard from anyone since. The property is in a great location though but the housekeepers are the problem.

Le positif : pratique d'accès (bus express de l'aéroport - 1.25 dollars - à 200 mètres, arrêt Main Library). Proche du French Quarter, mais dans rue calme. Pratique d'avoir une cuisine et une machine à laver. Le lit est confortable. Le négatif : la salle de bain a besoin d'être refaite. Pas de prise USB (si on vient de l'étranger, penser à prendre la prise du chargeur et l'adaptateur. Sinon, se recharger au Sheraton sur Canal Street !) Il n'y a pas de lampe de chevet, très bizarre et pas pratique. Même pas d'interrupteur à côté du lit. Juste celui à côté de la porte, pour le plafonnier. Pas d'endroit dans l'immeuble pour stocker les bagages si on arrive tôt ou part tard. Il faut aller au coin de la rue (luggage storage payant, ex. chez Bounce, 8 dollars pour 24 h par valise). Il y a juste un gardien dans l'immeuble. On reçoit le code pour la porte d'entrée et la porte de la chambre la veille. L'immeuble est impersonnel et moche (crépis gris, on dirait un vieux bâtiment administratif, avec une odeur de détergent industriel)

The condo was perfectly located to be able to get pretty much anywhere. It is clearly an older building, with paint peeling in the rooms. But overall the stay was nice. Really appreciated on site security and door codes as well.

The condo was OK except the rooms we were given. We had two rooms on the 5th floor overlooking the hvac rooftop units. There was a restaurant next door and the kitchen exhaust fan was right outside our living room window. You could smell the food from next door and the noise was si loud that i have to turn the volume up on the tv to hear it. Bad location for a room. If i ever stay there again i will ask for a room on the other side of the building.

My 1st time renting and it was amazing. Place was clean, and had more space than expected. Bathrooms were very clean. The area was close to everything. Nothing to really complain about but 1 bathroom wasnt working and the dryer, which it wasnt a big problem. If i ever come back. I will rent again. Thank You

This was the perfect condo for a long weekend! Plenty of space for me and my boyfriend. It was nice having 2 bathrooms.Felt safe with the safety officer downstairs in the lobby at all times.

The unit was exactly as promised, albeit a bit smaller than we thought. The unit itself was fairly clean and well appointed. We appreciated the coffee, creamer and sugar. The location is super and the communication excellent. We were having trouble opening the door and when we called for help, the person was very good. The location is perfect too. We were just a 5 minute walk from a drug store and 10 minutes from the French Quarter. The only downside was that the building smelled horrible. The lobby and elevators have a very strong unpleasant smell. Also, if you are relying on the pull out couch for sleeping, it's not great. There were extra sheets but no blanket at all.

There was no A/C in our room!! It was hard to contact someone since we went through third-party but they need to do better about air cleanliness. My boyfriend works with A/C units & the A/C uinit was dirty & dusty. If and when yall stay here, make sure you look at the A/C filters. Terrible!! Overall it was an okay stay, but will not be staying here again due to the lack of quality with the air. We were breathing in dust our whole trip, mind you it wasn’t even cooling down.

The check-in instructions were clear and easy to understand. The room was not squeaky clean but tidy enough. The biggest pro was the location! It was so close to where all the Mardi Gras parades were! Everything was in walking distance.

Great apartment for our trip. Indeed spacious with all amenities as expected. Had to reach out for check in instructions as they weren't sent to me prior but they were able to promptly provide them upon request.
