Our friend who is diabetic and other guests got locked out and security did nothing to fix the door for several hours. We had to get my husband to help get people into the hotel. The security guard stayed outside as the door locked... someone needed to be there to open the door which was not responding to the code. Had myself or my friend been locked out for too long we would have both needed a hospital. On top of this the hotel stunk. This wasn't a a one day thing either he elevators lobby and floors all smelled like a sewer.

The hallway smelled like urine and Pot smoke. Only one elevator out of 6 worked! The furniture was old and stained. The tub/shower was heavily warped and slick. The apartment was spacious enough and the beds were comfortable.

The location and price were great! The room was clean and had the amenities our group needed for a three night stay. We enjoyed the property overall, and it was nice to have access the roof top patio area to hang out with the other guests in our group who were in different rooms. Some things that could improve are: -the building entrance codes wasn’t working when we arrived. After a call to the property, it was fixed within a few hours; however, the bigger issue was that instead of helping guests get into the building when the codes clearly weren’t working, the security guard just watched everyone struggle. We ended up having to wait each time for someone to come out so we could get in the door. - the hallways smell VERY strongly of sewage -the fold out couch bed was very uncomfortable, it’s not suitable for anyone to sleep on.

Property management did move us from one room to another to help deal with some of the concerns, and has been in touch to gather more feedback. There is just a lot of evidence of shortcuts, repeated mistakes on the remodeling, choices that may lead to safety problems. To detail: Room 1 floor 15: the mattress seems to be unsupported, so sinks in towards the middle, is very low, noisy, (maybe should be on a box frame). TV is so low, mattress so low that 6' tall man cannot see the TV over the bed frame. The curtains stop short, on the bed end, of the full length of the window, and are mounted on the wall above the windows, instead of in the 6" deep window cavity, so lots of light and noise getting around them. Shower very low pressure. No sesl on bottom of shower door, lots of water comes out whatever way you aim the head, looks like it is going into the floor, tiles are loose (floating?). Ceiling fan does not work. Outlets only at center of wall, far from bed, running through floor trim conduit. Flooring has many gaps. Sounded like water dripping in air vent when raining. Room 2, 8th floor: much better. Still gaps in flooring. Same curtain mounting position but at least the rod spans the entire window. Shower door needs bottom seal General: lobby and elevator smell of urine or ammonia(?). Safety: one elevator making scraping noises above the car all the way up/down. Roof lounge steel door hanging off hinges. Gutter draining onto deck.

Nice except for the smell

I was in town for a wedding so needed ro be close. The room was very nice. But holy moly was the smell in the hall and the garage which we had ro pay to park was so horrible it was the worst ever. Was told it was the gease trap but it was not, it was straight sewage. The gentleman watching the lobby on our checkin day i think his name was Jimmy tall with a beard he was the most polite person and so helpful. I would stay again just for the convenience of the location to what i needed to do but the smell will definitely keep me away unfortunately.

Good location, awful bed

Good location, great security, the concierge Mark was very helpful. Good facilities in room and bathroom. Not so good was the bed - it was awful. Only one easy chair although apartment was for 2 guests. Parking in recommended garage was a nightmare, ended up with a $78 parking fine, the parking opposite is much better - clean, well lit, security and a lift and is $15 cheaper as well.

Just terrible

The place is completely run down. One of the toilets ran constantly. One of the bathroom faucets ran continuously. The ceiling fan was broken. The dryer was broken. The TV remote would not work even after changing the battery. When I called in to complain I found out they were already aware of these things but just decided not to fix them. They sent a maintenance guy out who could not fix anything. I would also not park in the attached garage. It is super sketchy.

Extrêmement bien situé par rapport au quartier français, mais appartement vieillissant,meubles usés , un dressing chambre n°2 sans plafond directement vu sur le béton, parking sous l'immeuble sale (présence de rats notamment), très difficile pour circuler à l'intérieur. The sheer convenience of the walkability of everything the location is amazing as far as the individual condo it was exactly as displayed. Now the day of check out I did find a dead giant cockroach on floor so unappealing as I did not bring any food home this must be a building thing but all in everything else was great.
