Do not book a room here!! What you see in online photos , is not what you are getting. This property is disgusting. Would have stayed somewhere else, but all rooms in the area were booked due to a couple of big events.
Check in was a hassle. The front desk employee was rude. This room was booked and paid, 6 months in advance. Upon arrival, I was told that my credit card was declined. My card is valid and should not have been declined. The only way I could check in was to pay again! The room I booked was a king with microwave and refrigerator. At that time I was told that all they had was a double. After asking why my room was not available, they found one. I get to the room and was appalled at the condition, and there was no refrigerator or microwave. I went back up and was given another room which was actually located in a more convenient spot. But the horrible condition continued.
The rom was painted a dark grey and there are no lights except for an LED strip located by the window which does not illuminate even half of the room. The floor was dirty, the "chair" in the room was stained and old. The bedding has burn holes throughout. The curtain did not cover the entire window and had holes in it, and was duct-taped to the wall on the side! The sink was dirty with old toothpaste, trash can looked as if someone threw up in it and it was not cleaned. Shower had left over soap packets from the previous occupant and the shower rod was falling off and the curtain was moldy.
