We stayed at this hotel because of the Air Supply concert which was scheduled there-the concert was 100% awesome by the way. However, the hotel was way too expensive ($270ish for 1 night) for the location and amenities. Our room had some kind of noodles (food) on the floor when we checked in, apparently the room hadn’t been vacuumed from the previous guests. For a hotel stay at this price there should have been a complimentary breakfast included as well, but there was not. I don’t belong to the Spokane Tribe, but I feel like the hotel should offer a discount to tribal members from other tribes, and I was offered none. My family is vegetarian and after scanning all the menus from the 4ish eating places on the property, there weren’t any real vegetarian items other than cheese pizza, a grilled cheese sandwich or french fries-so you can guess what we had for dinner-cheese pizza and french fries. You should offer more vegetarian friendly options. So other than being convenient for attending the concert, the hotel didn’t offer us much. We checked in at 6pm and checked out 16 hours later. We don’t think it was worth the money and probably wouldn’t stay here again. The front desk staff was friendly though.

I'd never been there before, and didn't know what to expect. Every employee I had contact with was amazing and the entire property was clean! My only future request would be for a later checkout time. Lol 11 am is too early for people who stay up most of the night enjoying the bands and gambling. 🤣😂 Also, keeping the pool and hot tub open all night would be amazing as well! ❤️

Greta place to stay when visiting the area. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Nice food options when you can’t or don’t want to leave the hotel. Close the airport, Fairchild AFB as well as dining and entertainment options. I was able to do a number of activities in no more than a 5-10 minute radius. I’ve stayed here twice and if I’m ever in the area again I’ll definitely stay beee again!

Staff very friendly. Nice people. The only unpleasant aspect was the cigarette smoke. Check in for hotel right next to casino. Bery smoky. Also restaurant requires walking thru smoky casino to check in. I wasn’t there to gamble. A better flow could be found. Free airport shuttle . Very nice accommodation in accessible room

Handicap room was on 2nd FLOOR.. super far from the elevators to walk.. I’m on oxygen and use a walker. My mother is 81 and has asthma and almost passed out walking to elevated.. VALET AND The bell boy BRIAN WAS AMAZING AND SAVED US WITH THERE AMAZING HELP.. HE EVEN GOT OUR ICE AND BROUGHT IT BACK UP!! Had to pay $15 a day for a Microwave?? Never ever heard of that at any motel before?? I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN SORRY🙁👎

Hotel seemed quite new (not sure when built). There was a casino in one part of the building, but the hotel was quiet, even on 2nd floor. Bed and linens were nice - I slept well. Bottom drawer of dresser wouldn’t open (rm 242). Should’ve told someone- it a huge deal. Pool was a good temp. More of a lounge/play pool than lap swimming pool. Work out room looked like it had fairly nice equipment. Staff was professional, courteous. We would stay again- a pretty good rate- there were lower quality/higher priced hotels for sure.
