The room was supposed to be of a higher class than the previous visit. But it was almost half the size. It was stink and the floor was sticky. And the worst part was that it was on the first floor over the entrance, meaning everyone who entered the hotel and closed the main entrance could be heard in the room. Everyone who climbs the hotel stairs passes by the door. Yes, after giving a review in Hotels about checking in, they offered to change the room from eventing the 14th, which was not acceptable to me... for one day to start moving. Now, for the worst part, their maintenance person just entered the room. No knocking, no notify, nothing. We had no chance to hold the dog that was in the room. Luckily, he just barked and did not attack someone who entered the room uninvited. Unfortunetly this experiance just close this hotel as an option for me on my next trips

Only thing I would recommend is to have more supplies like toilet paper etc accessible if you do not have staff on hand 24/7. I went in the closet downstairs where it stated there is extra supplies if needed and there was no toilet paper. Luckily I ran into a house keeper in the hallway and was able to get some from her.

Zimmer war belegt als wir mit dem Zimmercode eingetreten sind - 20 Minuten in Warteschleife bei der Hotline (parallel war die whats App KI gar nicht hilfreich) Ersatzzimmer nach 30 Minuten unbürokratisch bekommen allerdings über Haupteingang, Mülltonnen und Rauchereck. Zimmertür ging in Richtung Treppenhaus mit 1 cm Spalt dadurch ungefilterter Lärm von draußen - sehr hellhörig. Zimmer an sich war sauber und in Ordnung

I paid for breakfast but realised that there is no breakfast offered in this location. The hallways are extremely loud and all the door opening are heard in the rooms making it difficult to sleep. Numa offers free ear plugs for this problem. Only 4-5 parking spaces. We had to leave our car quite far a way.

Am Anfang haben die Passwörter nicht gepasst und es hat lange gedauert, bis meine Gäste endlich reinkamen. Das Frühstück stand hinter der Tür, das finde ich nicht in Ordnung, vor allem mit den Katzen draußen. Und die Mühle hinter der Tür mit den zerrissenen Säcken!

Non esiste la lobby si fa tutto con il mobile. Ma il parcheggio è un problema non essendoci personale! C’è là possibilità di pagare un extra e parcheggiare nella struttura ma è tutto così complicato! La camera spaziosa,pulita è davvero nuova ho dato 5 stelle! La metro basta camminare un po’ e si arriva con 4 o 5 fermate in centro! Voto positivo
