Not very clean but good price

If you see this as a budget hotel, then it’s not bad. Good location and good price. But if you see this as a 4 star downtown hotel, then you will be very disappointed. Room is old and smelly, molding bathroom, and most importantly it’s not clean. I killed 5 flying bugs in my room and body got itchy over night. Definitely not coming back again :(

Very dirty and disgusting !

We had booked a quadruple room in which apparently has no windows. It is not posted on the website that there are no windows. The room was dirty. Carpets not vacuumed. Sheets were stained yellow, and the room was dingy. The website posting is false and misleading. The only thing good was the location. When we requested to be moved to a different room, they wanted to move us into a triple room that my sister had requested to move as well because there had bugs and someone had tried to enter into the property late at night. She had deadbolt the door, which, thankfully the person could not enter. Very unsafe! We ended up staying in our dark Quadruple room. Upon departure, they checked the room and stay that we had drank one bottle of sting beverage. We did not consume anything however I would not argue with them as our Grab ride was waiting for us to take us to the airport.

Okay hotel - men forfærdeligt akustisk i buffet om morgenen ( maden noget under middel ). Poolen var der ganske rigtigt - men den stak meget af klor. Beliggenheden er ganske fin - på dette gamle -og noget nedslidte hotel

A little better than a 2 star

This is a 2+ star at best. The breakfast is delightful and selections are desirable. Cold showers, room with windows look directly at another complex’ balconies. Overall, good location and close in to many things.

I don't know which floor it was on, but the hotel was under construction, so it was very noisy. The construction stopped at 9 p.m. There was no notice about the construction. I think there was a child in the next room, and he was screaming, opening and closing the door repeatedly, and running around in the hallway, so I couldn't sleep.

Great value in district 1

Great value and really good location, very close to the market in district 1. We had a deluxe twin room, no window but we didn't spend much time in there. Would highly recommend the restaurant opposite, think it was called Huong - had a spectacular meal there. The market is mainly tourist tat and felt quite pressured from the stall owners.

Definitely recommend

This hotel is centrally located in district 1 which is where you want to be in the downtown area here. The staff are very friendly, checking in was a breeze all of the staff are attentive to our needs and thoughtful as well. Nam is the friendliest staff there! Good job Nam! The Ben Thanh market is a 3 minute walk from the hotel and the choices for food in the area are in abundance. The room is very comfortable. The only thing I would have to recommend for the room is that the safety deposit box should be bolted down to a wall or structure… It was free moving so if I locked anything in the safety deposit box, somebody could still just lift it up and walk away with it. Also, the room that we had… There are no windows, which is a bit claustrophobic at first, but thankfully, the air conditioner works like a dream. There is hot water for the faucet, but there was no warm water for the shower at all. There is a complimentary breakfast buffet every morning for anyone staying there… Everything from local cuisine to pancakes and toast; I can even make fresh omelette based on how you want it. The rooftop pool is a nice bonus. The cushions on the rooftop on the chairs are all stained with sweat or sunblock, which is a bit un-appealing to want to sit on. Despite some of the shortcomings, I would still highly recommend this place because of the service and location. Bed is really comfortable too! Does it sound like like putting down the place with Ask for Nam - he is the best ever!

Il y a de tapis partout dans l’hôtel , ma chambre est toujours humide, les serviettes de bain, draps, oreillers, couvertures sont permanents humides. Nous avons loué 2 chambres et nous avons de la misère de rester et dormir dans les chambres car l’humidité nous empêche de respirer comme il le faut. Les personnels sont très aimable, polie. Merci à messieurs Huy et Nam à la réception ( portique). Très gentil, courtoisie, aimable, surtout un très grand merci à monsieur NAM. Il s’occupe très bien de nous, prêté ses masques personnels à mon conjoint car il a de la grippe, quand on est dans la salle à manger ou lobby pour jouer aux cartes, monsieur NAM surveille et s’ajoute de l’air climatisé pour s’assurer qu’on soit toujours bien , nous ouvrir toujours la porte d’entrée quand on partait ou arrivait avec son plus grand sourire. Merci aussi à l’équipe dans la salle à manger et la dame de ménage de nos chambres.

Veldig bra beliggenhet, 20 restauranter rett utfor hotelldøra. 15min gå tur til pubgatene. Veldig hyggelig betjening. Rommet bærer preg av gammelt interiør. Sikkert vært et luksus hotell på 90-tallet, men holdt ikke dagens standard. Senga var STEINHARD, slet med å få sove under hele oppholdet. Men de hadde god og varierende frokost, de lagde omeletter og det var masse forskjellig varmmat.
