Nice, clean and comfortable. We came in late after a Brewers game. It was disappointing that the continental breakfast ended at 9 a.m.

Check in was at 3 but was told by front desk it wasn't ready and wait about ten min, not a issue as I've worked in the hotel industry in every position and was understanding. Fast forward to 315 and was able to check in with a new front desk person all were well and go up the second floor. Our room was the only room without a room number posted outside the room, we set our stuff in the room and left as we had activities planned for the day and when we came back and went to give our kids a bath the water pressure was awful but wasn't complaint worthy at the time when turning on the shower portion the whole shower head slid down the pole it was on and it happened constantly it was difficult for the adults to shower. When we got into bed we realized our sheets hadn't even been changed even though the beds were "made" up. Our sheet had something orange and crusty on it and our sons pillow had the same substance on it. When asked for new sheets the guy working the desk acted like he could care less. The lady the next day got us new sheets and pillowcases and she was terrific and was the only bright spot. Few other incidents but they were miniscule.

The pool was closed but we were not notified of that. The workout room had no working equipment. The door to our room was in need of repair on both the handle and the safety arm. The floors were not very clean--white socks turned very dirty. A better cleaning system is needed for the hard flooring. Breakfast was basic. A variety of bagels was available, however only butter and jelly were available as spreads--no cream cheese or peanut butter. No fruit or juices. Our mini fridge was not working when we got there. We were pleased with the service we received in getting a new one to the room.

It was a bit hard to sleep with a very loud family next to us. They also had the tv on all night. And, when we came in we were getting hit on. The second night was much better.

Just gross! Small of cigarettes or mildew everywhere! Our door lock didn’t work so they did move us into an older room. Unless you are completely desperate, skip this place.

The property was dirty. The staff was not very attentive and unfortunately a lot of strange things happened throughout my stay. I did not cancel during my stay because I had class 7 am to 7 pm almost every day and with dinner and getting back it was too much to leave and look for another place. I have pictures to prove my story.

Lisa is great! As for the other staff they need to work on their friendliness factor! It seems they don’t really care about their jobs or their guests! Breakfast could have some yogurts and fruit of some sort! Maybe some juices and individual milks not a gallon everyone shares which seems very unsanitary!

First off, I was charged twice for my POS room and it still hasn't come off my card Heater cover kept falling off the unit EVERYTHING was stained, linens, towels, washcloths, furniture, everything! So I asked the front desk for a change of linens and she hands me a sheet, instead of saying, oh I'm sorry sir I'll have it changed immediately... Old and run down, falling apart and zero security Noisy and filthy I stayed there because of reviews and ratings (obvious false) This place sucked don't waste your time or money!
