We had only one complimentary bottle of water in the room. So we asked if we would have one more, since we received a message to raise any requests during the stay. He said you could buy it from the vending machine. As a guest, why so mean to us!

Overall hotel was okay. Breakfast area needs a good cleaning. I don’t think walls have ever been washed. Visibly greasy handprints on walls.

Our stay was only for 1 night and it was good but if we had stayed longer we would’ve asked for a different room. The AC couldn’t get the room cool even though we set the thermostat to the coldest setting and strongest fan blow. Otherwise the stay was good.

The staff are awesome. The rooms were big and clean. Breakfast was adequate and cookies at the front door in tbe afternoon is a great idea! Tons of shopping and places to eat within walking distance. Costco and Landmark theaters are a 2 minute drive away.

I always stay at the Homesuites in Regina East. April 8th 2025 I stayed again but this time was not a 10/10. My room 312 had big holes in the shades and when the morning sun came up it was shining right through those holes and onto my bed. Then breakfast was disappointing they were out of a meat protein and hashbrowns, only 2 muffins. That was at 820am. They said the hot food won’t be ready for 20 minutes. I didn’t have time to wait that long. I did tell the front desk about the shades but she just said there were holes in a lot of the shades. Not gonna lie I was disappointed.

Our request for one bed instead of two in a room was done quickly and efficiently. The taps in the kitchen and bathroom need to be fixed immediately as the stopper does not work in the bathroom and in the kitchen it is almost falling out of the lever. Also breakfast could have more variety .

I wish I would have taken pictures. The service was good, friendly staff. The room was not clean, the bathtub had a black layer of dirt/grime and had surface mold in the corners. The curtains were dirty with stains, the pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable, the breakfast was subpar. This hotel did not match the reviews.
