The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good, I especially liked the iced coffee
Otherwise the hotel and stay was not great, seemed like one issue after another
Not worth the price or what I’ve experienced at other Marriott’s
Our room was dirty, including some of the dishes and the silverware in the cupboards
There was dirty hand prints on the bathroom door
Bed was uncomfortable
Fold out couch was realllllly uncomfortable and incredibly squeaky and noisy
Both bathrooms the conditioners were empty
Our mobile key stopped working twice for me and once for my husband and it had us locked out the back door as that’s where we had parked
$15 a night per car for parking seems kinda crazy when you’re spending $400+ a night
Pool was dirty and hot tub was worse
Then our 3rd day/night the power was out for the entire day and all of our groceries in the fridge went bad
The remote for the tv in the master was super finicky
We are a military family, who was staying there as we’re waiting for housing, and no longer wanted to make the commute from Port Hueneme, as our kids had started school in Camarillo. We had initially thought we would extend our stay, prior to checking in, but honestly could not wait to leave and go back to staying on base
