This was described as a gulf view. There was no gulf view. When we walked into the property 2 stairs were broken as we went up, the property was old and not well maintained, there was poop and pee in the guest bathroom when we walked into. We were not allowed to communicate with the host, only the property management company. They would not allow us to move or change properties. The insulation was terrible and there were children above us that ran until all hours of the night. We didn’t sleep. After calling the property management company, they said there was nothing they could do, to call the HOA or the police. I went up 3 times to ask the to please try to tone it down a bit, and each time it just got worse. The TV was not programmed for Netflix or anything, we couldn’t even watch a money. I feel that I was greatly taken advantage of, and I use Hotels.Com often. This was a monumental failure on a number of levels.
