This hotel was fantastic! Beautiful and well maintained facility with all of the ornate Italian treatments. I stayed in the suite and i could not have asked for a better room. The balcony was wonderful and the suite was spacious and perfect for my trip. Not to mention then lady at the front desk is a stand out! She was intuitive, professional, thoughtful, and a beautiful person. It made the stay so easy. Plus breakfast is provided. If ever I get to Florence again, I will be booking here again without hesitation.
