It was, ok.

It was, ok. Definitely paid more than what you get considering Labor Day holiday. Our room was on the 3rd floor. Immediately getting off the elevator we could smell odor of weed. Musty smell all over. The ceiling intake air vent had lots of water spot around it and there are present of MOLD. YES, MOLD. Musty and old carpet. At least the room we stayed in appears to be clean. No issue in the room. No odor that stood out. Breakfast was pretty mediocre. Dining room was a little small. Gets quite crowded quickly. Minimum selection. Waffle maker, Eggs, sausage, toast, begal, yogurts, apple sauce, cereals. 1 kind of fruit, apple. Typical coffee and juice. For the price, meh. Would we stay away? Probably will pass next time we are in the area. Will try other place. Staff was helpful and accommodating, friendly. The building just needs better update. Not mask over but proper updates.

Good place to stay while on a road trip

The outside of this hotel is not very inspiring, but I would come back here. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and I slept great. The A/C worked well and didn't make much noise. The workout room was exactly what I needed and clean. The pool and hot tub area were also clean and nice. The hot tub could have been a few degrees warmer but other than that it was good. I used the internet and desk in the room and it was perfect for me. The only thing I didn't like was the shower. After a long road trip I like to take a nice hot shower. I had that thing pegged on hot and it was only mildly warm. The shower wall was a little beat up too. The mirror was pretty cool.

You can do better

I'm just going to be honest, as I feel that if someone else had been I wouldn't have wasted my money. From the time you walked into the lobby, the smell was overpowering. I would describe it as urine covered up with a cleaning product, but maybe others would describe it differently. Needless to say, it was not good. Took the elevator up to the third floor where there was a total different fragrance in the hallway of something tropical, possibly coconut or pineapple. Either way, a very bad air freshener. As a person that struggles with allergies on a regular basis, this was a total overload on my sinuses and made me regret my reservation from the get go. The bedroom was somewhat of a relief from the overpowering smells, although still musty. The shower didn't drain, but why would I have expected it to in the first place? Bottom line, if you need a place to lay your head, go for it. But if you have the means to pay more than $157 for better, do it. We opted to cut our losses and drive 10 hours home instead of suffer any longer.

Good stay overall.

The first night there we didn’t have hand towels when I asked about that he gave us two more washcloths to use. After that, the maids had hand cows every day. On my last night there the water did not get real hot in the shower. We did have to drive a distance to find food. Overall, it was a good stay and easy access to the national park.

Very solid, had an event in Chicago and stayed here on my way home. Comfy bed, surprisingly big room, and I had called ahead to request an early check in the clerk politely communicated that it may or may not be ready in time but in the end they were able to get me in. Nothing fancy, just a solid hotel.

We checked in fine, got to our room, started settling in, no linens for the pull out bed. I call the desk, I need to go down to the desk to get them. Back down I go, got the linens. Made the pull out bed and then discovered the air conditioner was leaking so bad it had formed a puddle that reached passed the bed. Call the desk, back downstairs I go. They issued us a new room, repack our things, to a new room we go. Get there no linens for the pull out bed, so back down to the desk I go and he said to take them from the other room. Eeeew no, the mattress was dirty and I’m not taking them off a dirty mattress to a new room. So he gave me more. The rest of our stay was fine.

Awesome service and staff!!

The staff are great and so sweet. Very attentive to their guests. Whatever I needed, they got for me right away. Continental breakfast is awesome. Complimentary lemon water in lobby is great as well. Pool and spa are awesome. This is my 2nd time staying here and I WILL BE BACK!
