The bed and pillows weren’t very comfy and we could hear the entertainment while trying to get to sleep. The carpet was a bit dirty and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest either. The food and room service was generally great but pizza was burnt on the underside and tasted charred. The WiFi was great and staff were friendly and helpful. The stay wasn’t terrible but probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice hotel, good facilities, but lazy cleaning staff, first day cleaner, just changed towels and half attempted to make bed, next day knocked door at 2.50pm we asked her to come back in 20 mins as we were about to go out, she told us she was finishing at 3.00pm so really had no intention of cleaning our room, just being lazy, they need to educate there staff about customer service

My friend and I had a lovely stay. Room was spotless. Bed was so comfy, shower huge. Used the spa facilities, which again was very nice, not too busy, only negative was would have liked robes in the room. It would have been good if the bar stayed open afer 12 though as would have enjoyed a quiet night cap after christmas party. Will definitely stay again. Breakfast in the morning was good, nice selection.
