沙滩不错，狗狗也不错

酒店得知是我们的honeymoon，很贴心的送了150M流量和$50的餐饮券。他们有个很棒的沙滩，还有一只可爱的小黑狗。如果天气好的话晚上可以看到很漂亮的银河带，还有一种很萌的白色小螃蟹和你一起玩耍。除了早餐不太适应中国人的肠胃，但是有一位胖胖的男厨师很棒。老公因为是过敏性鼻炎闻到某种花香不停打喷嚏，大厨以为他感冒了给了我们蜂蜜和当地的柠檬泡水喝，说一试便灵。我们试了一下真的很好喝，非常感谢，如果去拉罗汤加请一定不要错过这家酒店。

Upon arriving, I looked around and thought ‘what have I booked?’ I stayed in one of the beach front bungalows, it was neat and cosy. The bed sheets were fresh which I was so grateful for. I had everything I needed in the room. The waiting/kitchen staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, considerate and caring. Special mention to Vani & Feraz. The first couple of days the cleaning of my room was average, then another cleaner made up for the negative, I felt comfortable with the cleaning. Probably wouldn’t have hurt to use some cleaning products in the bathroom though. The shower drain needed to be cleared of hair. Castaway is cosy, but very tired. Not attractive to look at, but as I said, my opinions started to change for the longer you are there you become used to it. Not much of an area to swim in the beach out front as coral blocks most of it. The water was beautiful though. It was very reasonably priced so I guess you get what you pay for. I stayed for 9 nights.

Underbart trevlig personal. Bra läge nära stranden. Välutrustat kök med normal standard på allt. Rymmlig lägenhet på andra våningen med två sovrum, två badrum, ett stort vardagsrum och en stor balkong. Utsikt över poolen. Tuppar och hundar kan höras tidigt på morgonen, men så är det på hela Rarotonga. Bra mat på restaurangen och flera andra matställen inom 1km gångavstånd. 200m till tvättinrättning, 14$/tvätt. Bussen stannar precis utanför.

Mycket prisvärt rent och trevligt hotell

Mycket trevligt och rent hotell med sköna sängar. Frukosten bestod av en frukostkorg som vi fick på rummet med juice, rostbröd, mjölk, flingor och bananer, samt smör, jordnötssmör, sylt som pålägg. Kaffe och te fanns också på rummet. Fick låna snorkel utrustning under vår vistelse. Fanns även en kajak att låna det gjorde vi inte. Restaurangen som låg nere vi stranden var kanon jätte trevlig personal och god mat. Wi-Fi fanns nere vid stranden och restaurang dock inte på rummet.

Unfortunately the resort had issues with its sewerage and water and our room seemed to get the brunt of it with a terrible smell in our room, on one occasion it was so bad we couldnt sleep. We did report this to reception and they said they would inform the Manager. We never heard from the manager, nor heard what was being done about it. We had to again go to reception. We spoke to the manager who said they were waiting on the plumber - still never received an apology. Very disappointing. We also had no water on two occasions. On checkout the Manager did say everything was sorted (we were there 2 weeks!) and did comment we had "a bit of an up and down stay" but still no apology! The resort staff however were lovely. We did, overall, enjoy our holiday.

Was not a great experience. Breakfast was a joke we got a a box of cerial and loaf of bread. Having a breakfast buffet on the beach would have been beautiful. Pool and accommodation needs a revamp.

Great place to stay at while you’re in Raro. Staff are friendly & kind, even allowed us to check out at a later time due to our flight being at night. Amenities are nice and area is convenient, with great restaurant and bar downstairs and easy access to the beach.

Wilsons Bar & resturant on the beach in front of castaway resort was the best food within walking distance along the beach by far, there staff were great & even delivered food to our room.this could have been helped by having menues in the units, The resort seemed to be under going some renovation & we were lucky enough to have booked a renovated room, the whole week we were there was very enjoyable till the last night when a group of drunk Aussy fisherman partied late with no regard for other guests.

What a great place to stay, some of the place needs updates as things are looking tried. But would not stop us rebooking again. Our room was great. The restaurant had great food and service great too. Minnie was a pleasure to deal with. Loved that it was right on the beach. The staff looked after us so well as we got sick on our trip and needed food brought to the room was not a problem. Loved the feel of this place. We will be back on my redo trip! Thanks to all the team.

The room was large but the property is tired was not made clear the room was upstairs at the back of the property - road side so noisy - ideal for a budget family accommodation Minnie was a star at the restaurant & that is located on the beach which is stunning

Staff are beautiful Our family of four adults stayed in the beach house, ample space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We hired scooters for the week so could come and go as we pleased without inconvenience to anyone as the beach house is next door to resort. Best access is via beach for a very basic continental breakfast in the mornings. Basic 3 star accommodation which suited us but would probably stay on west side next time. Would recommend to prebook Aitutaki as it was booked out and we missed out No free wifi need to buy a Vodafone hotspot which only works in certain areas around the island
