Convenient location in quiet street.

Enjoyable stay at Avon Apartments. The occupants in the next unit were not very considerate as they made considerable noise early in the morning, however it was still a positive experience overall. We didn't realise that the chiefs were playing at nearby FMG Stadium until we arrived back to find all of the street parking was occupied. Luckily there was still an off street parking space available.

Stay was great for what you pay, very basic room, but it was clean and comfortable. A bit of distance from cbd if walking but that was already known. Perfect for rugby of cricket

A great place to stay in Hamilton

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and located not too far from the CBD. Self-check-in was easy once explained by the helpful person on the premises. We had been travelling for hours so hadn't checked our email or else we would already have known about the check-in (or if we were people who use smart-phones). Absolutely great value and I will book this place again if we need to stop over in Hamilton.

The apartment was neat, clean and sum total ok. The description was correct in that the unit had just an microwave - though the pictures implied there was a kitchen with stove and oven (actually the reason why we chose it). But the pictures are from a different unit in the same house.
